A page with an autocomplete(able) table (just like tiermaker)

(optional) The user can select a type of tierlist (costume, weapon, companion, debris, memoirs)
The user can create different tiers
The user can fill a tier with an autocomplete input that lists the selected type (costume, weapon, companion, debris, memoirs)
