fix: featured guides visual improvement #78

-Reworked diamond-avatar thingy to not use black magic anymore. Though one downside is the duplicated svg (for multiple screen sizes) and the image has to be linked inside svg, so we cant use Next Image class. -Improved responsiveness (more or less fine) -Handle really long titles correctly
