Issues with calendar on phone.  My guess is that they are all related.

- Clicking “Show Calendar List” doesn’t show the list. Can’t select calendar that way.
- Clicking the button doesn’t bring up the list either.
- Clicking on a date in the calendar doesn’t bring up the events for that day, so it’s not possible to get the details on any particular event. (The events are also crowded, but that issue is less important.)
