Limbo species fix #78

This PR fixes a bug in the determination of limbo species for the DRG method

Since we are simultaneously changing the continuous integration, I'm going to force-merge this.

This passes all the tests except for Python 3.7 on Windows, which seems to be a known issue related to PyTables.
