Oscilloscope project plan

Needed

[ ] embedded tests for project covering as much of code as possible
[ ] read values from two channels
[ ] reading ADC values
[ ] scheduler planning of GUI/ADC tasks
[ ] dynamic drawing of charts
[ ] display basic readed values
[ ] vast documentation of project
[ ] comments explaining most important pieces of code

Nice to have

[ ] storing values in SD card
[ ] to have some controls changing basic things
[ ] native tests for covering things that can be decoupled from hardware
[ ] project wiki
[ ] menuconfig with basic values to control

Additional

[ ] full GUI Simulator on desktop
[ ] full project Simulator on desktop with mocking hardware things
[ ] docker comments
[ ] my own board
[ ] touch display
