Change copyright start year back to 2017 #97

73daf6928380412e14b291baf6ee07187a58f2f7 seems to have reverted the copyright year back to 2018

The copyright year should be changed back to 2017.

Should it actually be changed from Copyright 2017 University College London and the NiftyNet Contributors. to 

Copyright 2017-2018 University College London.
Copyright 2017-2019 the NiftyNet Contributors.

@wyli Do you remember what was the rationale for the change you made?
