error when run recon #56

Dear all,

I can install niftypet by conda. And It works to load data and show images. image image

But when I run recon, it shows:invalid argument in /tmp/pip-install-mrfa8dgj/nipet_1671cb602a014072bdf23049ba61457d/niftypet/nipet/prj/src/prjf.cu at line 254. image image image image

I used CUDA 12.5 and python 3.12, is it possible occured problem cuz version?

And I checked pycuda, it can print correct information about my GPU devices.

I changed another PC with GPU 3090, CUDA 11.6 and python 3.8. It works. 69ae7a1c42514bad2e6fb56e26d6927
