Classified quest step on Destroyer of Worlds shows as 0/0 #296

Destroyer of Worlds has a Boolean quest step for Leviathan Raid Completed that is still Classified today. However, Ishtar shows it as 0/0 progress made, when either it’s classified so that’s not known, or it’s a Boolean even though it’s classified.
