Application Starting Command Does Not Work #3

When trying to input and execute the command provided at the start of the user guide, there is no output within the application, there is no error message and there seems to be an error within the terminal. There is no prompting of what is the error and no suggested remedy for the error, which is a problem that will likely confuse all users as this is the first important command that is prompted for the user to run from the user guide. Users may not know how to proceed as this isn't covered in the FAQ either.

This was the command run based on the user guide. Which is inputted and executed after executing 'list' previously (hence the old command result output shown for 'list')

This is in conflict with the functionality mentioned in the user guide. And could be a problem that affects any user who uses the application, causing inconvenience.
