Grievance raising -> Grievance redressal #1

Dear friends, I want to congratulate the whole team for such a wonderful tool. If we can move a step further and provide a complete grievance raising as well as redressal system as a complete package, it would be great. I will be noting the known requirement of any Government department / Service provider in issues section, in case you people decide to convert this to a Grievance Redressal mechanism also.

@drdhaval2785 Currently we are busy with our end-sems and projects. We are planning to take this issue after that. Thank you for raising the ticket.
