Most of the time, google map places the red dot over nearest possible place known to it.
But for small rural areas it may not work well, because the map is not so detailed.
For urban areas it may not work well, because the places are too much crowded.
e.g. for my home, this is the default location fetched by Google maps and displayed.
Whereas my correct location is as below.
I could do so by moving the red dot around to my home.
But as a user, I need an instruction above the map that red dot is movable.
Something like - "Drag and place the red dot over your residence or the place of complaint".
