In the header line at http://test-ak5.appspot.com/index
Each of the member is clickable and leads to a new page, except Categories. It is a mere dropdown menu. That should be made into a page.
Right now it shows only categorywise complaints plotted on Google maps.
When a user clicks on 'Categories' without selecting any submenu - it should show 'All complaints' plotted on google maps.
