When I click on the icond for any complaint - I am taken to some page like this

We need to restructure this page. Right now I need to scroll down three pages to get to the bottom of the page.

What we can do is Create two partitions. Place the photo on the left with Title and Address beneath it. In the second partition let's have the following information:

  1. Description of Complaint (No need to display phone number or email of complainant)
  2. Reported by Dhaval (User who reported) on 16/12/2014 10:35 am (Time of Complaint)
  3. Supported by Akash, Mohit, Jaspreet ...... and 8 more (like facebook likes / shares gives us) with small Support symbol to support it.
  4. Followed by Akash, Mohit, Jaspreet ...... and 10 more (like facebook likes / shares gives us) with small Follow symbol to support it.
  5. Place g+, f, Twitter logos to raise it there.
  6. Assignment history (e.g. When the user clicks on this - a popup shows Assignment history)
  7. Comments section

Assignment history format (Let me clarify point 6 in the above post.)

Complaint Received - date time - Complaint transferred - date time - by X - to Y - Contact details Y (for the last assigned person, not for all) Complaint transferred - date time - by X - to Y Complaint transferred - date time - by X - to Y Complaint transferred - date time - by X - to Y Complaint transferred - date time - by X - to Y Complaint closed - date time - by X

Somewhat like the tracking of speed post by http://www.indiapost.gov.in/.

Instead of 'Your Views Go Here' - we should write 'Your Comments'. capture
