These are flying ideas. Even I m not sure whether I would need it or not. Just documenting so that it can be refined later on if need be.

1 Please make this tab options visible right on home page. capture

2 Please give instructions at Transport (may be due yet.. asking too early for it..) when google maps appear on clicking it. Like what to do there.. how to move ahead.. Update: Asked for a readme at #38

3 If a complainant wants to upload media or copy of application which he made earlier - would our system handle that ? or only photos ?

4 Give good example how to make a complaint. With all necessary steps - for clear solving the problem earlier than usual time. Some kind of readme and help button would be great.

5 Instead of 'Your Views Go Here' - we should write 'Comment'. capture
