It would be great to have administrative boundaries mapped on google map, so that the application of the user is easily allocated to the appropriate authority.
e.g. if a complainant from X taluka in my district lodges a complaint for his village - it should go to X taluka functionary directly from Google mapped data.
This will reduce the time lag before action.
Caveat - sometimes people sit at different place and lodge a complaint about a different location. In that case, we can have a radio button in the front end which asks (1) Does the complaint pertain to your current location or (2) not.
If the case is (1) - directly route to that employee.
If the case is (2) - Send to super admin for allocation to appropriate officer
