We have currently given some 5 options to the user to choose from e.g. Sanitation / Electricity etc.
This should be editable from backend, and the super admin should be able to increase / decrease the services offered.
Many times the user doesn't understand which department he should choose. For such cases and if the complaint doesn't fit into any of the listed categories - Keep another 'Other complaints' option.
All 'other complaints' go to the super admin for sorting and forwarding to appropriate department.
The Collector / District Development Officer should be able to see reports for all departments with pendency details
