Not choosing a subfolder does not get the highest package.json

If you do not specify a subfolder, the program grabs the first package.json alphabetically by path. For example, DependencyVis has two package.json files, entering the repository "NightLore/DependencyVis" will return the "client/package.json" file instead of the "package.json" in the root directory
