Add series info in Book details #116

You can't see in the book details if a book is part of a series, and which part it is.

I think the EPUB format does not support series metadata, so this issue should be closed.

Actually, Calibre does store series information in ePub files but it does so in a custom meta-data tag... so you're right that it's not in the official ePub standard, but Calibre is enough of a de-facto standard that I would want to support it.

Once we have series, we should also add sorting by series in the library.
