Allow user-defined fonts #459

Allow the user to add custom fonts which can then be used to display test.

I think the default fonts could be better. FrankRuehl looks like it's over-hinted; I'd go for Linux Libertine O as an excellent Times replacement: http://www.linuxlibertine.org and there is a variant called Biolinum that is designed for short passages/titles. I don't think FrankRuehl is free either.

FrankRuehl was added specifically for Hebrew books... maybe we need some way to tie fonts to languages.

As far as I could tell the font was free to use and distribute, but if there's an issue with the license we'll need to look for an alternative. So far it's hard to find any specific copyright or license info though.
