Store 2 sets of pagenumbers #499

Right now when the orientation changes, pagenumbers are not recalculated but the same numbers are used which leads to incorrect results.

We should store 2 sets: one for portrait and one for landscape.

It might also be an option to just use 'virtual' page numbers like Google Play Books does. It will make pages consistent between devices but might also confuse some people.
