I tried to install it and Windows Defender alerted me that this is a backdoor I'm sure this isn't real

I first installed the file from GitHub and Windows Defender immediately warned me that this was an backdoor it wouldnt be detected i expected that it would be detected as Trojan.

It isn't. You can read the code and verify for yourself, I'm guessing because of its networking stuff it flagged windows defender
