Discord webhook and text dump functionality #2

In addition to showing the grabbed token, it's now also dumped into a text file in the script's working directory, as well as sent to a Discord webhook.

your pull request is murdering original readme and doesn't prompt user to enter their webhook url

doesn't make sense to merge as long as you keep the branch you requested to merge is like a modified fork
