STORM PEAKS: quest chain out of order [Solved] #13

In Storm Peaks, there is a quest chain that is not chained correctly, so you can accept every step of the chain at the same time.

The right order would be: Expression of Gratitude (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12836) Ample Inspiration (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12828) Opening the Backdoor (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12821) Know No Fear (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12822) doable together with A Flawless Plan (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12823) Demolitionist Extraordinaire (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12824) When All Else Fails (Horde version: http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=13060) (Alliance version: http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12862) Overstock (http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=12833)

Yeah, that and personal experience from Retail :P so I can confirm that it's right.

Quest Chain Out of Order Zone: Storm Peaks Reported by: Nyssther Involving Quests: 12836, 12827(side), 12828, 12821, 12822, 12823, 12834, 13060, 12862, 12833.

Description: This is a quest chain involving the above listed quests.

Problem: Found to be bugged, all quests available at the same time. Quests relative to one another in database were incorrect.

What should Happen:

12836--->12828--->12821--->12822--->12824--(horde)-->13060----| | | | |--->12833 --->12823--- --(ally)---->12862----|

Has been tested for both factions.

Further Issues: Quest 13060 or Quest 12862 both require the player to talk to NPC's to complete the quest. However in both the alliance and horde version of the quest, the NPC can only be reached by flying. This is okay for a level 80 with the flying skill, however for levels 77 to 80 without the flying skill, there should be a taxi service offered by the NPC Ricket, but this is non-existent.
