Description: Go to the ring of fire south of Azure Dragonshire and use item Emblazoned Battle Horn to summon NPC Grom'thar the Thunderbringer. Defeat Grom'thar and collect his head to complete the quest objective.
Problem: Using the provided item Emblazoned Battle Horn, at the required location, will result in a spell being cast - but nothing will actually happen.
What should Happen: If the player uses the Emblazoned Battle Horn at the given location, then the NPC Grom'thar the Thunderbringer should spawn; the player should then be able to engage the NPC in combat and kill the NPC to acquire the quest item.
This quest has been tested and found to be bugged as described above. The event that is triggered by the item does not exist in the database. The event was added to the database, allowing the NPC to spawn. Further, this NPC should use a Charge and a Thunder ability. This was unscripted and so the c++ coding was added that programmed the NPC to use these abilities sparingly. Note that Charge can only be cast from a distance. Scripting also added to make the NPC say required text on engage and on defeat.

Using the item provided with the quest should summon the npc Grom'thar the Thunderbringer (http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=27002). However, nothing happens after the item has been used.
