http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=13538 and http://wotlk.openwow.com/quest=13539, respectively the Alliance and Horde version of the quest that requires to destroy one of the three southern towers in Wintergrasp. Once destroyed, though, the towers do not give credit (http://wotlk.openwow.com/npc=35074) for the quests.
(only tested the Alliance version, but since it's pratically the same quest, I guess the bug applies to the Horde one as well)
