Deploy script should get new code via git checkout #40

As-is, force-pushed code would not be received correctly, as the deploy script relies on using git pull. This should be changed so that force-pushed code can be pulled in correctly

Depends on #34; the default error log shouldn't be getting polluted by these... Until proper log levels are defined, I don't want to implement this.

I decided against the above comment, as the checkout strategy doesn't currently interact with logging, so there will not be any log pollution as a result.
