Option to aut-copy NPC dialog + System messages to clipboard #49

This allows one to use tataru helper with clipboard-parsing dictionaries like yomichan to use it as a study tool. I understand this can be outside of the scope of the app so feel free to close this PR. I asked in discord about a week ago but got no reply.

I also had to update to .net 4.8 because I could not find some of the old ones that were required and didn't have much time to deal with that. Apologies.

Could this PR be merged to avoid having to compile this fork manually? I'm also planning to play FF XIV in Japanese as a study tool and being able to copy the in-game text to the clipboard is a must have for Yomichan.

Hello, thank you for showing interest in this feature. Since I don't know if this will be merged or not, I just wanted to tell you that here is a release in the fork repository, you just need to unzip it on top of your current tataru installation.
