Add way to make it so if no glam is set in a preset, it just doesn't do anything with glamourer for those rules

Right now unless i disable glamourer in the settings, if i have a preset that it applies with no glam design set, it reverts me to my base look everytime rules reapply. i want to have an option for it to do absolutely nothing in glamourer if no glamourer design is set for a preset. this is my settings:
