External feature request: trigger off status effects #22

Add status effect into rules section. For example, "While having status Well fed".

Some additional use cases to explain why this would be awesome: In combination with "Hide seraphism/enshroud" mods, people could use this to create their own glamourer-based transformations for those effects. Other classes could get custom transformations for their burst phase buffs. Summoners and monks could change gear color based on stances/swallowed crayons.

And on the other side, people could turn themselves pale (or even put on ghost disguises) during Weakness or Brink of Death debuffs.

So much in the world is handled by status effects, this would open up countless options.
