Feature Request: Rules based on status effects #25

The main idea would be to use Dynamic Bridge rules to create custom Enshroud/Seraphism looks, but there could likely be other uses to change appearance based on buffs or even inflicted debuffs currently affecting the character (like turning pale or even using one of the ghost disguises when affected by Brink of Death, or a Miqo'te/Lalafell turning into a Hrothgar/Roegadyn during certain buffs).
