Any chance we could have the %appdata%\XIVLauncher\dalamudUI.ini file added to backups? It contains info regarding the x,y position of all windows.
Mine got reset when client crashed due to a connection issue and sadly JustBackup helped regain everything but this :(
It's in the same folder as dalamudConfig so shouldn't be a problem
