Additionally: leave party should disband if you're the leader

would be immensely nice for hunts

Leaving party is already in the plugin, you just need to activate it in settings. Not disbanding, though

Ah, apologies. Didn't realise the setting for leaving party was split between moving dcs and moving worlds, and I failed to notice the latter.
