Add mute on minimization

Closes #3

Forwards ECommon to master HEAD
Additions:
- Mute when minimized
- Mute only when minimized to tray
- Mute the master channels
- Mute specific channels only

I'm not very proficient with C#, but I tried to make the changes as minimal and clean as possible.
