Weather during Instanced Battle #29

Hello, thank you for such a wonderful plugin.

I was using the weatherman during the main story quest and noticed the weather plugin isn't working during the instanced battle (when the character is in the plugin-supported area like Middle La Noscea or Coethes Western Highland or other). Is there any way I can change the weather during the battle too?
