CI/CD has been broken since Nov 21, 2022 #31

I noticed that the last successful GitHub Action was https://github.com/Nightmayr-snaps/dolphin-emu-snap/actions/runs/3519682624.

In later failed builds, there appears to be a Python error, I didn't spend a lot of time looking at the logs for the errors, but it is hard to sift through all the warnings.
