[BUG] Scroll Progress not showing on scroll up on Microsoft Edge Mobile and Chrome Mobile #22

Describe the bug The scroll progress bar at the top of the website is not shown on scroll up in some browsers

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://www.nightsofsounds.de'
  2. Scroll down
  3. Scroll up
  4. See error

Expected behavior Scroll progress should be always visible

non-fixable bug. Error of mobile browsers, iOS browser works
