Can you give some more narrative description of testing steps, affected handset etc here? thanks

I don't have this handset. There is an individual who does who asked for help on facebook. I asked her to go through this page and make sure that she has followed it to ensure the phone will not delay wake: https://dontkillmyapp.com/huawei

She said she did. She claimed that the problem persisted. She showed the delay wake flag on her status page in two different screenshots at two different values.

I enabled wake workaround for all manufacturers. You found out that there were some devices that this caused a display problem on them. So, you undid that PR.

This PR adds the wake workaround to Huawei only. If after this PR any device shows display issue, we can undo it as it is an experiment.
