How to keep the bot up 24/7 even after critical failure (e.g. restart the Docker container)

Appears the bot died due to a network outage.

Need to prevent network outages from killing the bot. Make the bot inifinetly attempt to reconnect until it succeeds.

Issue should be resolved. The bot has not gone down since I implemented a fix for this.
