[feature request] remember Run or Debug choice #15

It would be nice to remember the last choice of Run or Debug. Currently it's always Debug. Or am I missing any setting?

I believe there's nothing I can do about this, unfortunately. The buttons are generated by VSCode using the package.json as a template. This feature is purely client-side.
