I tested it locally and the result is great! The change applies to lovelace only, it adds a blur effect to the background so a "more-info" button and such are easier to look at.

the backend, such as dev tools, settings.. wasn't touch. the original, unfortunate, behavior of transparency remains which means this theme does not render great in "Admin" mode. But It never really was. As long as Lovelace frontend renders nicely and the transparency effect in lovelace card is fixed, i can approve this change!
