Including Tokens Command #9

As described in my issue, I created a command to explicitely download all token pics. Since I'm not a python expert I'm not 100% sure if I did everything correctly, so please check before merging ;)

Sorry for the late reply, I have been very busy this month.

I did some fixes to your /alltokens command and I will merge as soon as I make an ID conversor to correct the mismatched IDs on YGOProDeck and EDOPro
