Would it be possible to have the Slice Combo Feature on Harpe as an option? #1234

For Reaper job, would it be possible to have the Slice Combo Feature on Harpe as an option? Similar to how BLM has a one button rotation on Scathe. I would like to be able to use Slice skill manually similar to how BLM can use Fire spell by itself without being affected by the automatic simple rotation.

Thanks for the work! I saw the commit, however, I wasn't sure if I needed to help test this or something as I've been monitoring the progress hoping for it to be merge prod. @Taurenkey
