Suggestion: WHM Glare->Dia when moving (like SCH's Broil->Ruin II) #1370

I realize this may be 50/50 and it's not optimal, but I'd like the option to not slidecast if I don't want to (or can't because of mechs) and still keep my gcd going. If that means I throw in a few 65 hits and refreshes, so be it.
