GNB PvP combo has you double charge on cooldown and at the start of combo, wastes charge.

I replicated. I’m out of town for the next day but when I am back.. will submit fixes for this

think most of the pvp combos need tuned up, black mage also doesn't charge with burst up combo option ticked
