[SMN] Energy Drain to Fester feature not working with Necrotize #1501

Necrotize (upgraded from Fester at level 92) doesn't get changed to Energy Drain when out of Aetherflow stacks with the Energy Drain to Fester feature enabled.

I'll look into this for you, Not a feature I use so its entirely possible it slipped through the cracks.
