would like a toggle to have a late rend/ruination after 3 fel cleaves.
sometimes u pop berserk and with the infuriates going off automatically it gets pretty tight fitting 3 primal rends within 15 seconds of berserk, but the primal rend/ruination lasts for 30 seconds
IMO the first 3 moves of berserk should be fel cleaves to make sure nothing scuffs the primal wrath.
