Reaper - Perfectio and Gluttony interaction / Death #1703

Hey! First of all, thank you for all the amazing work!

Running the extreme, i noticed that during the 2 min burst, the rotation uses Communio > Gluttony > Perfectio, giving preference to Perfectio over using the executioner stacks, basically throwing away them.

Another thing is, if you die, resurrect and use arcane circle, the rotation waits until u get to use enshroud to restart.

this happens in both advanced and simple for me, i am a 2.48sks Reaper!

After disabling and enabling the plugin and testing on a dummy, the problem disappeared!
