iron jaws feature defaulting to low level dots #1824

iron jaws feature (alternate and regular) is only swapping to windbite+venomous bite even when stormbite and caustic bite are unlocked

Not able to replicate.

Iron jaws feature is correctly changing to Stormbite and caustic for me at 100 on a dummy. Iron Jaws feature is correctly using windbite and venomous when testing in 61 dungeon before the acquisition of stormbite/caustic.
