can't call people from contactlist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start siphon
2. go contact
3. choose any contact with any type of phone (mobile or phone line)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when press on contact phone, it's not calling contact, nothing happened except 
visual effect of keypress

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS4.3.3
Siphon 3.9.16

Please provide any additional information below.
- completely removed old 3.9.15 version manually from teminal
- installed 3.9.16 after reboot, and reboot after install
- tried to create new contact, same problem
- problem occured even if mobile or home phone, even if in french format 
(06...) or internationnal format (+33 6...)
