To support the EMEA Sales Dev team with GHAS, teach them about the product, make them more confident when talking about it, thus increasing GHAS outreach activities and GHAS pipeline.
The previous GHAS Q&A sessions were not focused on a specific topic, people were encouraged to bring their own questions. Probably the lack of structure didn't encourage people to show up which led to poor attendance. The idea is that a set topic for those sessions + and interactive part will increase engagement. We could even come up with a GHAS SPIF for additional excitement and focus.

15 min input about a specific topic
10 min Q&A, practical exercises, quizzes
5 min assignment, challenge for the week, prep for next session
Session follow-up conducted by @NikBernert, can also discuss things in 1:1s with people
